Refund & Fulfilment

Fulfillment:

As soon as the customer purchases the course, fulfillment happens online and course will be allocated in the LMS immediately. Hardware kit related to the course will dispatched to the registered address with us in 48 hrs. Customer can track the shipment with link sent to the email ID and mobile number.

Refunds:

As soon as the customer reaches out to us for refund within the first 30 days or before completing 2nd chapter whichever is earlier. Our courier partner will collect the kit and once we receive the kit at our office, we will check the kit and if everything is fine, we will process immediate refund by deducting INR 1500 for the utilization of the kit and course-ware / LMS. If kit is found defected or damaged, cost will be recovered from the fees paid. We advise customer to take the complete video and photo shoot just before sending the kit back in case of returns.
